Matthew 22:36-39 says, “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: ” ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’
So who is your closest neighbor? As a married couple, we suggest your nearest neighbor is your spouse.
The Marriage Ministry is here to support you in loving your closest neighbor through every season of marriage through monthly gatherings, discipleship courses, small groups, and pastoral counseling available to you through the church.
