SENIOR PASTOR
Daniel Grothe
Daniel grew up as a pastor’s kid in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and loved his upbringing in the church. After playing a little bit of Division I basketball and a lot of music at Oral Roberts University, he received his degree in theology in 2005. That same summer, Daniel married his bride, Lisa, and a week after their wedding, they moved to Colorado Springs to join the staff of New Life Church. They have three children–Lillian, Wilson, and Wakley–and they love to get outside to enjoy the rugged beauty of Colorado. Daniel serves as the lead pastor of the New Life North and New Life Friday Night congregations.

Andrew Arndt
Andrew Arndt is the Lead Pastor of New Life East and author of All Flame: Entering into the Life of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. After finishing up his M.Div. at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Deerfield, IL) in 2006, Andrew served as an associate teaching pastor in Tulsa before moving to Denver in 2009 to help friends plant Bloom Church. He’s been part of the New Life teaching team since 2017.
Andrew and his wife of 20+ years, Mandi, have four kids: Ethan, Gabe, Bella, and Liam, and love living in Colorado.

Jayde Duncan
Pastor Jayde is the lead pastor of New Life Midtown. He earned his Master of Divinity from Oral Roberts University (ORU) and has more than 25 years experience in vocational ministry. Jayde is passionate about helping people discover their identity as sons and daughters of God and equipping them to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit. For more than 20 years, he has partnered with ORU to train and mentor student missionary leaders. He carries a deep heart for global ministry and seeing lives transformed by the Gospel both locally and around the world.
Jayde and his wife, Christy, have been married for 25 years and have four children.
