HomeFront inspires and equips parents to lead their families in faith. Each issue offers creative ideas for weaving spiritually formative moments into everyday life, practical tools for sharing God’s truth at home, and encouragement to engage communities and influence culture for Christ.

This time of year many in our city are facing great need. We have the wonderful opportunity to provide Thanksgiving meals to more than 140 families in our city. Join us by dropping off non-perishable food items in our lobby, or ordering through our Amazon registry. We will assemble bags to share with families within New Life, Springs Rescue Mission, and other food pantries in our area.

At Moms Connect, there’s a place for every mom—no matter your age or the age of your children, you belong here. From September through December, we’ll meet biweekly to worship together, hear encouraging messages, engage in fun activities, and connect as we take a meaningful break from the busyness of motherhood. We offer two group options: Tuesday evenings from 6:30–8:30 pm and Thursday mornings from 9:30–11:30 am. Kids Ministry is available during both times if needed. Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes the link to sign up for Kids Ministry. We can’t wait to grow in community with you this fall!

We’re excited to launch a new way to connect called House to House. Our pastors would love the chance to sit down with you—whether it’s to hear your story, pray a blessing over you, or even share a meal. This is an open invitation for every member of our church family to spend some personal time with NLC pastoral staff. We can’t wait to grow closer, one house at a time.

We create safe and inclusive spaces that encourage belonging, community, and worship. We have classrooms at the 11:00 am service for children and teens with special needs and disabilities.

We acknowledge that individuals need support to access and participate. We provide volunteer buddies on a case-by-case basis to walk alongside individuals throughout our church.
